Add 8 built-in I/O connectors that exist in sdks/java/io/ but were missing from the I/O connectors documentation page.

Added connectors:

  • CsvIO — Java + Python native, YAML read/write
  • JsonIO — Java + Python native, YAML read/write
  • ContextualTextIO — Java native, read-only
  • PulsarIO — Java native, read + write, streaming
  • SolaceIO — Java native, read + write (promoted from third-party to built-in)
  • DatadogIO — Java native, sink only
  • CosmosIO (Azure Cosmos DB) — Java native, read-only
  • AzureBlobStoreFileSystem — Java native, filesystem connector

Additional fixes:

  • Fixed missing Javadoc hyperlink for Neo4jIO entry (was plain text native)
  • Removed duplicate Solace entry from the "Other I/O Connectors" third-party table (it now has a proper built-in entry)

Each entry was verified against the source code in sdks/java/io/ and sdks/python/apache_beam/io/ to confirm read/write capabilities, Python SDK support, and YAML availability.
